Hi,
I need to change Turnigy 9x rotation pot to on/off/on switch. What kind of switch I could use?
Controlling tracks of my bagger would be easier if I have these on/off/on switches.

Any on-off-on switch. Solder in two 5kOhm resistors, one each between middle and outer contacts. That creates a voltage divider (and that's what the potentiometer is).
Alternatively, why do you not install sliding pots with 5 or 10kOhm rating.
Can be bought off ebay. (You can use Futaba units, but these are a bit costly.)
Another alternative:
Use a 10kOhm Playstation joystick, self-centering. Costs a few Euros only.
You may know my modified Turnigy radio for my machine? I've installed sliding pots and PSP joysticks and it works nicely.
I would suggest you cut the old wires and crimp a servoplug onto them. That allows you to change the input device.

Thanks Jens! Can I use Playstation joystick from Biltema (not orginal)? Do you have any pictures/tips how to solder wires so that I connect those correctly.

You can use just about any "analog" joystick that uses potentiometers.
If you post a picture, I can confirm whether it's suitable.
Soldering is easy: Middle cable to middle contact. The outer ones do not matter and can be reversed to give servo reverse.
I do not have detailed info on modding my radio, it's really more an exercise in patience and calm fingers than difficult:

I probably should mention that I have never converted a prop channel to a switch(ed) channel. I think what I wrote is correct. But I cannot be sure and searching the web, I didn't find a matching description.
It would probably work without the resistors, but I am pretty sure that you would then have a floating input (undefined) and that could be problematic.

Excellent, Ari!
Glad it worked
You might lay the cables so that you cannot get them hooked into something?
