Great work on the motors Erik and glad they got the cnc machining right. Are they producing enough torque or do you have to test further?

Hi Iain,
in effect the motor has not got a well done cnc machining like you guess.
I have only done some micro adjustment to some components and the torque is raised slightly but is still not enough.
I have to improve it further!
I never give up!

Hello,
After a long long time i'm here again with news.
Here is my new open center hydraulic valve, built to search the best in terms of smoothness, low actuation force, compactness and durability.
This time, for a longer lifespan, i built it with alloy steel hardened, a small production series for my and some friends.
The system is modular hence i can put together from 1 to 10 or more valves in an in-line assembly.
The video below shows three of them and only one with servo Hitec Hs82 installed.
This valves are already at work on a Cat 365 of a friend. The model weights 40 Kg and work at 45 BAR of pressure without any problem, so i'm quite happy.
These valves will bring life even to my Cat 330.
