hello everyone.

thank you for all the glamour.

@uwe P
We have met each other @ bemmel last year.
I will be there in bemmel this year also but I don't think the crane will be ready by then. I'm trying to get the boom working at bemmel. That's my target.

Still not sure it will cause a lot of small issues have to been solved before.

A double lift will give a lot of attention that's for sure.

*i know that your english ain't very well so i translate it by google/translater

2.7kg. Maybe it has to go on a diet but otherwise every kg here saves weight at mine contra weight.

Sanded down the plates to fit in the holes.

Well this is how i build the system. At the last picture you could see the damage which occured because of the little space within the parts. Well when the crane is working and needs it renovation it will be repaired or maybe i use a paint pen.

hello uwe,

little bit late answer but picked up the project again and going to change a lot.

cabels are still the biggest problem.
going to build a couple of winches inside the upper frame to roll up the cables inside.

also the couplings between the dc motors and the mechanisme of lifting the telescopic parts where to weak.

got some nice cross couplings from fechter now. much stronger but still flexibel.

also gonna make the upper mounting plates for the telescopic parts. so side correcting is available also.

the ride chassis is the last part i will work on.
Uwe P.
Hallo Alwin,

Dann kannst Du angefangen vom kleinsten Ausschub teleskopieren.

Vorausgesetzt alle Spindeln sind mit flex. Kopplungen ausgestattet,

greifen.

Excellent work!
I am building a 1:14 LTM 1500 8.1 and would like to ask you about your slewing bearing ("Turntable"): What is the outside diameter, and where did you find the parts?

I am really struggeling to solve this problem for my crane..
Thanks in advance! :-)
